Instructions for Use
Unfold the cast protector and stretch the opening over your leg cast while pulling up. The correct position is when the seal opening sits above the top edge of the cast. Insert your leg into the water while holding a portion of the seal away from your skin with one finger. This will allow any excess air to escape. Do not submerge your leg past the seal.
When the seal is around one inch from the water's surface, remove your finger so the seal fits snugly around your leg. It's that easy. When you have finished swimming, dry the protector and then stretch the seal over the cast and remove.
